Tim, good fortune and health. The wife at this end is an OT and always tells me about Range of Motion. You don't want to reck the procedure climbing in the vehicle going home, but YOU would be suprised that how that first freedom out and up will IN SOME instances, tear away the good work, simply because folks DO NOT think slow and easy when they ease into a vehicle.
