Hydro 1-800-224-9376 she sent me a online document. and i talked to the "engineering dept" like you quoted. yes they can do it if they are told to but won't they said usually they work with a customer or if there is a billing issues, emergency, etc. The lady in engineering dept she said I could remotely disconnect you no problem...Checkmate
