Something weird is going on.

Tesla's Superchargers have easily worked down to -20 and lower before this episode.

Sounds like the utility transformers tripped out that feed the cabinets. Or grid voltage sagged too far feeding the Superchargers.

Then they will isolate to protect the electronics but I really doubt that's the problem.

Grid excess demand problems? It's really cold there.

We just don't have enough information yet.
