Not going to happen, it doesn't matter to most of us 1st world people anymore because it's with us now for good. Slowly but surely it's nailing those with no immunity, 3rd worlders and MAGAs who are self made 3rd world thinkers. It's just a question of odds, something MAGAs don't really get. They go by anecdotal info to confirm their biases obviously. On Covid, RSV, Flu that's a good thing. I often think of what my neighbor told me about looking into the eyes of one of her patients who was going to die. I almost think long covid is worse. No amount of horrible stories from MAGAs who found out too late Covid isn't something to ignore will shake their "Faith." In fact the definition of "Faith" means to believe even in the face of overwhelming contradictory evidence. I personally take several steps... some depend on who I have to be around. When I go to Walmart I wear two masks (and I carry non-lethal protection) because I think there are more MAGAs there. I'll take a different route around an isle if there's a non-masked person or family... depending on how stupid they're acting... I don't think surgical masks are effective (30%) to protect me since they edges don't seal well so in that case I wear an N95 with a valve over the surgical for probably 95% personal protection. I don't give a shit what MAGAs think. I can't make money if I'm sick. Sometimes I only wear a surgical to protect (70% effective) other people. When I know the crowd is mostly vaccinated and I won't be in close contact.. I'm always up to date on vaccines and I have a super healthy lifestyle . I was doing the same thing basically as Bryan, except the millionaire stuff, before I heard about him. I have my own home gym and I spend on super high quality food and vitamins. When I worked in people's homes I wore a mask to protect THEM as much as me, sometimes 2 masks. I worked around a lot of old unhealthy people. The MAGA's bragged "this is a mask free zone" as if they were doing me a favor... sort of like "we don't cover our mouths when we sneeze" ... sheech... not all of the MAGAs were assholes, but all of them were ignorant and incapable of logical thought or how statistics work. Don't have to work in people's homes anymore but I'm still more careful than most people. Not just masks, I wear bright yellow shirts and hats when I shop etc... I don't tailgate or do 100mph... unbelievable how many idiots there are out there stepping off curbs into traffic at night while wearing earbuds, staring at their phone and wearing all black... he he... I don't trust obviously inconsiderate people. That seems like a no brainer. Thinning the herd as they say.
