I think this is a good move in the medium term. PPLT should have no more than 10% risk in it.
The key headwind, and this is why the past may not be such a good predictor, is the move to EV. As EVs pick up, the demand for PL will drop.

I am looking at a very nice bullish divergence in regard to KRRGF ( KRR.TO). From the chart you can see higher RSI while price made a lower low. And this is reflected in the upturn of CCI. Higher highs are coming this year.
