As I recall, a Cycomm / Motorola deal (of some sort) has been talked about for some time. If you recall, the privacy issue - or more precisely the lack of - was Cycomm's top priority prior to the appearance of Bud Hawk.

The old website even had Princess Di's "private" cell phone conversations on tape to demonstrate the point. Later, there was the Newt thing.

Motorola's name has come up more then once as a potential Cycomm customer. Cell phone privacy is as important an issue as ever and I'm sure someday every cell phone sold will include encryption. Motorola sells a lot of cell phones.

A Motorola / Cycomm deal of some sort would not surprise me.
