I'm only taking 12.5 ugm D3 (500 IU) daily down from 25 ugm D3 (1000 IU) daily only because it looks as I can get away with it and it's readily available and cheap. Never been so "cold free" in my life ! I don't smoke or drink alcohol these days either ... that might have something to do with it too. I do have 250 ugm D3 (10,000 IU) and 500 ugm D3 (20,000 IU) with K2 doses available should I think I need them. In fact, if you look around SI there are people who regularly take humongous doses of D3, and have been doing so for extended amounts of time. I also have most of the recommended medications shown on the FLCCC site. Occasionally I do seem to get a slight sniffle and start taking Quercitin and Zinc. I also stay away from friends as they are nearly all elderly. By golly, that stuff seems to work like a real dose of salts, and by the next day my system is clear as a whistle ! I suspect Ralf Baric (as mention my Vladimir Zelenko) really knows his biowarfare bugs stuff. Time did an interview on him. Seems like a nice fellow. Not saying anything one way or the other.
