Lunch was good. I make my own meals in batches, freeze most of them, and minimize the fuss. I feel there is a big gap in the cooking video market, and may make a contribution in the future. It's one of the possibilities. I don't have any medical qualifications to say more on the subject. I just presented alternative case to the Covid "vaccine" from my own perspective. I leave it to the reader to make their own conclusions.
