Senior PA official: American talk about two-state solution is just slogans, we have not received any outline
A senior political official in the Palestinian Authority told Haaretz that "the discourse on a Palestinian state constantly comes up as a headline from various parties, both in the US and the European Union, but as of now no outline has been submitted that could show that the administration really has the intention of promoting a political plan." According to him, "Our concern is that this is in order to put pressure on Netanyahu to stop the war and create internal pressure within Israel that might lead to political change." He added: "We are waiting and hope to receive a clear plan and outline and not just slogans. They keep saying 'state', but no one says how and within what borders. Until now, we have not heard the saying '67' [referring to the 1967 borders]
