Yep, We are way, way behind in precip (snow) so far this winter in the West. We have until late March to catch up but looks more and more like it won't happen this year. Especially the SW. nrcs.usda.gov

If you want Americans to stop believing in the 2020 sToLeN eLeCtIoN narrative, you need to first drop the 2016 sToLeN eLeCtIoN narrative. Or the narrative that RuZZia had any effect on it. Because just like people overestimated the chances of PooTin's three-day march into Kyiv, you are overestimating the level of influence RuZZia had on the 2016 election results.
