What are the chances of a shareholder lawsuit? I don't know but I doubt there's anything they can pin on them. Besides, you all know who was spreading rumors about Wall Street players, the AMEX, and so on. Most of the damage has been done by thread participants. I don't think the slings and arrows which were launched at me achieved anything, maybe they should have listened a little more carefully before jumping to conclusions. I can only speculate, but I doubt a lawsuit would be successful.
