re cooking.

Have you noticed all cookery shows are for the dedicated, almost professional, cooks ?

I was considering starting my own cookery show for a huge slice of the real market.

Those who work and "have to cook" or just eat prepared foods which are both more expensive and not so good for you. People who don't have much time, just need to know as much as necessary to get a reasonable meal up and going WITHOUT a massive amount of preparation, or even worse ... cleaning up afterwards. I have a dishwasher, still fairly rare in the UK, but I dislike the effort of even filling it up, more so emptying it. I occasionally manually wash and everything to remind myself how a machine makes life easy.

A person who life is mainly taken up with their day job is challenged more so with meal preparation and clean up.

My relative who works at the Drinks company has a lot of prior experience and qualifications in the food preparation and distribution business. Qualifications you can only get by being sponsored from within the business. (they are needed for the company to legally operate). I know how much expense and effort, and what preservatives, go into prepared foods called "ready meals" in the UK.

In my old job, I used to enjoy cooking after a hard days at work as the job was high stress. Cooking was a relaxation. I see how many would balk at the thought though, and that could possibly be changed.
