Forget CO2, burning coal will produce CO2 just like any organic chemical fuel.

So unfortunately a lot of the printed matter on the subject is a waste of time.

Once you go outside the CO2 argument though, there does seem to be work going on.

Japan are making significant efforts. They have to be watched as typically they are very good at what they decide to do.
