Living creatures, I am talking about animals and plants, are a lot smarter then generally acknowledged imho.

Washington State clamped down on animal waste, especially near rivers, lakes and impacts on water tables near the surface decades ago fortunately.

Many states are learning a sad, tragic lesson for not managing those impacts.
