And sometimes people with said moniker rise to positions of power in the corporate arena and graduate to drawing smiley faces on their memos. Those are the ones you really have to watch out for!

Aw, c'mon J. Little hearts, smiley faces, stars and such are the Identifying Characteristics of the Prepubescent Female, say ages 9-12 or so. Any who continue this practice beyond the age of 15 must be closely monitored for progress; those who continue it beyond 18 must be sent to a Home for the Terminally Transitional or be married to a Hell's Angel.
