You're inventing things in your head that will never happen. No one person has the ability to "cancel" the constitution. Our government is structured with hard checks and balances against such behavior. As for Trump, yes he often says things flippantly, unlike the carefully chosen words of slick politicians and lawyers. That's why I've often advised you to look at what he does, not what he sarcastically says. And what he did was outstanding. I'm hoping he does even better in a second term.
