Bill, No one person has the ability to "cancel" the constitution. Our government is structured with hard checks and balances against such behavior. It's highly disingenuous of you to point out how solid our system of checks and balances is, then turn around and vote for the guy who, if given the option, would demolish that system without any hesitation whatsoever.
