Ya, I know. I heard him. What he is asking for is 25% voting rights, not increased "ownership". He wants a new class of shares so that he is protected from activists. That is not the same thing as having a bigger ownership. GOOG vs GOOGL shares is what he is looking for. And he even clarified this further by saying that he does not want so much control as to not be overruled, just enough that he can't be pushed by short term winds.
