The question would be is the give away considered an expense item, an advertising cost or a reduction in revenue. Good question. Using your figure, how do they account for 2,000,000 of free product. GULP..That hurt. Maybe that was the reduction of 2,000,000 in revenue this quarter. I really don't know. How is free software recorded ? I hate the sound of that. Why don't they try selling some this time.LOL
