Another thing that I did take note of is of the $133.5MM they got when the initially took out the 2026 convertibles is they spent $16.1MM to cover them with capped calls. Basically 12% of this debt was used to cover them from possible dilution but then went and exchanged them a little over a year later and still diluted with 1.4MM shares. Keeping them on my radar though as Elory says there is good opportunity in companies that look like roadkill. For now though I need to see some action first from the new leadership. Will await their filings once they get them in. -Sean
