One fund manager I know who made purchases a week ago, still can't get the broker (Morgan Stanley) to deliver ACRT to him. The broker can't find stock--anywhere. Well the broker has about two weeks left to do so. It seems there is NO stock to borrow, so the next few weeks should be interesting. If the shorts need negative news to cover, then it better come soon.

Regarding accounting for revenues--look at London Forfaiting based on the london exchange. They are in the business of "international TADs or forfaiting if you will.

Revs. 1.2 billion stg. with gross margin of 6 million stg.
London Forfaiting has an office in NYC by the way.

Do not forget to speak to customers who use the TADs.
