We won but... for the poor and middle class, insurance companies will cave if it costs them less than lawyers. They pay but raise your premiums. All Trump has to do is put off paying until he dies or is elected dictator. Appeals. Refusals to turn over books. Falsification of assets like he's always done. Each one take years to resolve. Rich people RARELY if ever have to pay and he's got 4/9ths of the Supreme Court in his pocket. Worst thing Obama did was to let the republicans derail Merrick Garland. I said it then he should have "pocket vetoed" every bill until they voted on Garland.
