Tod,
Thanks for asking the question on the Bingo Halls. I really am dissapointed in how this whole Bingo Hall situation has been handled. There was no announcement to the stockholders of the additional closed halls that brought the number down to 14 as of today. The Web page went from 20 to 16 recently and now we are at 14. We have 4 with letters of intent and expected to close this Qtr. And 10 to 15 in various stages of development. John stated that there should be 30+ in operation by the middle of the year. There was no mention of the other five that we were told were under construction, and due for year end.

The issue of why we closed the S.C. halls was answered by the fact that we were competing with ourselves and it was more productive to close them. That we now make more money with the 14 than we did with the larger group. I thought we were the ones who made the decision to purchase the ones that are now closed. Seems like somebody is not doing good DD in these aquisitions.

PS Also how can there be 10 to 15 Bingo Halls in various stages..How can there be a range. I would think there is a set number in the development stage not a range between 10-15. Help me if I am missing some thing on this statement. Why not say there is 15 in various stages?
