Hi Ken. D3 will increase blood levels of calcium too high unless you take K2 along with the D3. The K2 will steer the calcium into your bones instead of your arteries. That's what you want.

in order to have your bones absolve the calcium vs your blood stream you should take liquid zinc. I take a few drops of liquid z with water. along with my vitamins in the morning. i just had a heart calcium scan all the arteries were clear except one had about 300 count. this was assessed as 30% vs my age group of 80.

maybe the zinc was in the header from bill's notes. i do not remember. I also cannot remember the dosage so just take about four drops daily.

my kidney test fours ago had a rating of about 65. the chart now is straight down and at 60. i am concerned maybe its all the vitamins? or diet.

i also take the k2.
