Thanks David. So what do you think? I am not real concerned about resolving the issues with NYSE, but is this what investors expected. Really couldn't have been any other way could it? I wonder though, under this arrangement, whether or not you're stuck with all 12 companies, and if so, how bad of news this will be considered to be.

Jeremy, are you out there?

David, the story you posted answered one of my current questions.

"The biggest (concern) is that when they do the spin-off, all 12 companies are fully registered," either on the NYSE or NASDAQ, Liguori said. "We don't know for sure, but the eight cellular (holdings) might not have long enough profitability for NYSE listing, although they might qualify for NASDAQ."

Sounds like this may be the single largest piece of stock moving news when it's resolved, next to the actual bids.
