Sorry it took me awhile to get back to you Bob, computer problems.
CMYN I would stay way away from if you aren't in already. They might have a chance because of the cash that they have available but besides the convertible problem they have going on right now (and thats a big problem) here are some others they are going to have,

1. Management.. anyone that would buy back shares at $4 to $6
with the convertibles still outstanding doesn't appear to be very smart.
Let alone to make the deal in the first place. The lack of keeping the investors informed is another reason. I'm sure it is just a matter of time before someone files a lawsuit.

2. Because of current stock price they are facing delisting.

3. I think we are going to continue to see low inflation slow economic growth and lower interest rates for awhile.

This is enough for me to stay way away. I hope you haven't bought shares yet. If you have a gentleman who is very knowledgeable with this kind of stuff is here on SI. His name is Zeev Hed. He knows a lot about the mineral industry also.
