I take 10,000 IU of D3 along with K2 Mk-7 (the important version). My blood D3 level was at 76 as of last recent test. In the summer, I cut back to 5,000 IU of D3..

Edit: FWIW, I've read that K2 should be taken on an empty stomach for best absorption..

I thought a dosage of D at night could interfere with sleep because from what I've heard since D is a sunshine vitamin, if the body gets any at night it could confuse it into thinking it's still daytime.

Have you noticed any sleep difficulties or hasn't it been a problem?
