<<By getting High-NA tools earlier than its rivals, Intel (might) not only be able to
ensure that its tools produce desired results, but it has a chance to
set the standards for the industry when it comes to High-NA manufacturing.
For Intel this might mean getting a significant advantage over its rivals,
Samsung Foundry and TSMC.>>

Somewhat likely. I think some of that was priced in and maybe is now.
They have a long way to go, what is wrong with getting in later and leaving
some on the table.

I think I would load up some leap calls instead of shares, if certain the ifs and
buts were candies and nuts ...... Might do something similar on a smaller scale
my own damn self.

What's an EUV Litho Scanner doing in a place with a lot of water like Hillsborough, Oregon?

I thought they could only be installed in deserts.
