Hi Ken,

I take one 100 mcg K2 Mk-7 with nattokinase soft gel on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. $16.99 for 200 caps at Vitacost.com.

One 10,000 IU D3 gel cap along with my other supplements with any meal (usually a late breakfast for me).

You can get the whole vitamin K complex in one cap, but the Mk-7 variant is the one that helps the D3 and calcium to go where it's needed, rather than in your arteries. I eat a lot of cheese and dairy with no problem.

The above doses work for me, although higher doses should be no problem if desired. I get my K2 at Vitacost online, but there are other online sources and Supersupplement stores if you have one in your neighborhood.

I'm not quite your age but my blood work is normal range, across the board, except for high cholesterol which I've always had and am not too concerned about..
