Depends, but if Win98 ends up being close to 99, and NT5 is in 99,
then I think it is a reasonably sure bet that noone is going to
upgrade if they are in the process of straightening out Y2K problem
in their shop. Very good observation, which suggests that the
profits from the next upgrade cycle could be dribbled in until
the next millenium.
