to anyone, is there a tape of the famous conference call? I didn't listen to it, and believe that in order to make a fundamental call, it would be best to listen to it first hand.

The patent's value can only be determined in a court case.
If the patent prevents a competitor from encoding the note so they can be cleared cheaply lke a check, then that it worth something.

Right now I would assign no value to the patent.
