I too have heard that Melinda's contract is up in March. I've never seen her contract, don't know its terms and wouldn't presume to ask her. However, I wouldn't completely discount the possibility that it could provide for periodic renewal options or that OZON and Melinda might be happy with each other and negotiate an extension.

In my opinion, the 50 dma is irrelevant for OZON. The stock is still so thinly traded that I don't believe one can (legitimately) apply TA to it. One person deciding to buy or sell 10k shares can significantly move the stock price. Had today started with someone selling instead of strong buying (probably due to the Yahoo rumor of an insider leaking information of a contract announcement pending within the next 2 weeks - although I'd like to think noone would trade based on an internet rumor from an unknown poster who doesn't sign his/her name), today may have been another go-nowhere day.

I agree with the Captain that we're only going to see significant stock movement with significant news (and not rumors). Another pilot test, or a single laundry installation, isn't going to do it. If that's the only sort of news that comes out in the next few weeks, then we may see the stock price dip as Joe suggests. Especially if people buy because of the yahoo rumor, or because they expect something big from the radio interview March 1. If their expectations aren't met, they'll bail.

Like the Captain, I'm content to wait. I expect big things to happen, but I don't expect them by a certain date. Personally, I don't expect Columbia HCA to buy any laundry systems. Although it would be to their long-term cost benefit, I don't think they would be willing to incur the short-term capital expenditure at this time. I don't expect anything from Crowne Plaza for at least a couple of months because they need a chance to evaluate their system over time.

I expect the next concrete development will be in the food processing arena, although I wouldn't be surprised if the poultry tests take a couple of months longer than expected. I'm hoping we'll have FDA approval by late-summer, but I think it may be longer.

I really don't know what to expect from the polymer arena, so I'm not really expecting anything in the near future. And I don't really ever expect anything from the medical sterilizer or sterox. If anything happens there, I'll just consider it a bonus.

So, although I don't expect any major developments soon, I realize things could happen at any time. Maybe tomorrow, maybe six months from now. Till then, I'm content to sit back and give the company time to develop it's market. Maybe I'll even buy a little more if there's a drop.

regards,
Mike
