Frankly, I'm terrible at remembering to take supplements. D/K are the ones I'm best at. Otherwise I have to have a problem I'm either anticipating or treating.

re. soy oil. The brand I use is naturewise, it uses EVOO. amazon.com

WRT Bromelain -

It's a good supplement. I find it helpful against tendinitis and such. Right now, I've been taking it in an attempt to dissolve a noticeable black floater which looks like a fly always scooting back and forth while I'm reading or scanning over something. I hope it works.

I recently realized that the D3 I've been taking has soy oil. I'm looking for another brand.

This is the no-soy D3 I take.
