I don't see how that testimony is relevant. For all that matters I may testify that I want a pay raise so I can have a Hawaiian vacation or buy a new house. The fact that those things have nothing to do with my work doesn't mean that I don't deserve the raise if I can deliver the work the company challenges me to do.

The idea behind the 25% control is to have a different class of shares. Not sure how shareholders can sue if the board puts profit sharing/payoff/buyback etc of those shares ahead of the new class - which is how it is normally done.

NQ is down 150 points.
If it doesn't turn around by the time APPL reports, expect it to make a pitstop ~17130 (so another 300+ point drop) and if that doesn't hold and other things go wrong (say a warship gets sunk), then 16k +/- will not be out of the question.
