Unfortunately, it is the shareholder here that is getting screwed. I had a perverted sense of satisfaction to see DBCO getting crushed today, but the ones being hurt aren't the ones responsible. Management will still get their cash no matter what happens and the shareholder will suffer. I think if all of us Eco shareholders liquidate and put the proceeds into DBCO, maybe we could get a majority of DBCO shares and make management walk the plank!! Then when they convert into Eco shares per the original agreement, we'll have even more Eco than we did before....It could happen :)

Professor,

Your statement that DBCO has cash crunch and is going under is a serious accusation. Your tactic of spreading this information to convince the shareholders to sell cheap is obvious and, frankly, not so noble. I would have agreed with you about the cash problem, had DBCO not gone ahead with the Sanda cash infusion. I cannot prove that Sanda's money has come in, but I am positive that over the weekend the total number of shares increased by 3.3 million shares, basing on the Vancouver Stock Exchange information. You seem to suggest that we have to sell the company to ECGOF, I don't understand that logic either.

All said, I am obviously not happy with what's going on but just have to hang in and see what's developing.
