Anything is possible. Shari seems pretty motivated to sell the thing so with it closing at $13.68/s yesterday this could be a possible last ditch effort. He's offering to buy everything including the debt - as clean a break for her as possible.

This also possibly puts pressure on David Ellison to make a better offer as I believe he wants to take Paramount private.

Good news is there seems to be a decent opportunity for us investors.

Considering PARA was last quoted at less than $15, an offer above $21 I'd be more than willing to part with my shares at. But market doesn't seem to be that excited about the prospect of that actually happening.
