Regardless of the technology, there is no reason for this stock to be up. Product orders are not up and the "real" powerhouse people of the company have left and started another company. Geoff Ryding (the last pres), Marvin Farlety (the last vp of eng) and Ted Smick (the last production controller) ,Tim Burns (the last finance controller) have all quietly left to finish a new implanter they were designing for another company while working at IBIS. While Bill Wray (the new VP of eng) is good, all the talented people want to go to the new concern. From looking at the level 2 Nasdaq it looks like all the moves are just market maker moves and joe public getting in late.
