So when you said this: "In the state of NY, if Trump filed an appeal, he'd have to put up the entire amount of the judgement in an escrow account.", you were wrong. Right? And "collection efforts", whatever that entails, forces you to put money in escrow? I'd say that would require a court order. Bottom line, Trump doesn't have to put up $83 million to appeal the judgment.
