And "collection efforts", whatever that entails, forces you to put money in escrow? I'd say that would require a court order.

Bottom line, Trump doesn't have to put up $83 million to appeal the judgment.

I don't classify people as "liberal" or "conservative"...

I classify them as "informed" or "brainwashed idiots"

If they are informed there are a lot of important things that need to be discussed.
