They can't be voted out because of the 75% majority need to vote them out. That's why Musk wants 25% voting control. He's vulnerable to be reigned in without it.

His selling his stock to buy Twitter caused this. Which brings me to my next point.

Musk's stated goal of going to Mars for humanity is BS.

Mars is not habitable.

The atmospheric pressure is 1% of earth. Liquid water can't exist with that pressure.
Has no magnetic field. Cosmic radiation would kill you.
The soil is toxic to humans and plants.

Even after nuclear war of a asteroid impact. Earth would still be a far more habitable place than Mars.

When Musk had 36 billion dollars of sold Tesla stock, did he spend it on space travel?

No, he bought Twitter with it. So he could control it.

Musk's motivation is only power and control. No matter what he says, his actions speak.
