I do like them but it's my smallest position. There are many hospitals now cracking down on travel nurses so I could see this negatively impacting them from that aspect.

The nursing/doctor shortage is a fact though and many schools are also going to be changing how they get more into their programs to create more future nurses/doctors. New York is an example of a state working to get more into their programs and this should eventually benefit a CCRN in placing them into work.

If they grow their doctor placement that's got the higher revenue potential too and thankfully that is the one area growing.

Either way good cash flow for now and low debt gives me comfort in holding as the above take their time to flesh out.
