John, it's kind of interesting. I predicted about a 7/8 drop in the price of TLAB based purely on dilutional grounds, which is just about where the stock ended, but if the Street begins to see a value add by the merger we could be seeing $60 in short order. My experience is that the acquiring company generally gets savaged following a merger announcement (CA and CSC, COMS and USRX, ASND and CSCC, MCAG and NETG immediately come to mind). That did not happen here.
