That is all very nice, except for one problem. The CEO has all the voting rights, and may indeed decide to dilute the common shares into oblivion if it is in his best interest to do so. When the common is trading at such a small fraction of NAV, one needs to wonder why. If you trust that the controller of the purse will do the right thing by the common shareholder, by all means, back up the truck at 45 cents. If not, well.......
