Snapdragon ARM compute platforms run all versions of the full Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems - qualcomm.com

As previously mentioned, reviewers have been given access to Qualcomm Snapdragon Elite laptops.

You'll be able to buy your own Snapdragon X Elite laptop in a few months - far more power-efficient than an INTC or AMD platform so less heat allowing top running speeds

Snapdragon compute platforms have completely revolutionized the world of mobile computing by enabling Always On, Always Connected PCs (ACPCs).

The X Elite has a 12-core CPU based on the Oryon architecture with full cores. Another innovation are upgrade-able drivers in the chips.

With all cores are active, they can run at peak speeds of up to 3.8 GHz, though when just one or two cores are boosting they can go up to 4.3 GHz.

The chip's Adreno-integrated GPU, but we know that it will support a 4K 120 Hz laptop display, plus a total of three 4K external displays (or two 5K external displays). The GPU supports the DirectX 12 graphics API

There arent any reviews yet for the Elite X. They allowed some reviewers to run designated benchmarks but that's about it.

The numbers look great, but this will be a software story. How many apps will be ARM native and how well will non-native apps run? Rosetta stone and a huge performance lead meant Windows ran great on Macbooks, but we'll have to see if that is true for X Ellite.
