George; Thanks for your information on the filings. Will contact the Company tomorrow and see if it effect's the current share totals I was given, if not than it has already been accounted for and has no impact as far as the current share totals and what insiders hold. I would expect that the current totals I was given has accounted for the filings you listed. The bottom line is total shares and float, no one can control what a Company deems to do on issuing of shares, but what I do know is that 70% are held by insiders so any dilution of stock will effect the over all shares held by insiders.
