The CDC director jumped to a conclusion that she shouldn't have.

Lots of people jump to conclusions. It's a common mistake.

Part of the reason why we have a scientific process is to make up for human error.

Either way, when faced with contradictory facts, the CDC corrected themselves.

Unlike you guys in the Q Continuum. When faced with the facts, you guys double-down on your insanity.
