Looming fire sale may end Trump's billionaire fantasy
JASON WEISBERGER 8:26 AM WED JAN 31, 2024

The penalties are adding up for serial loser Donald J. Trump and may force a fire sale of his cherished real estate empire and expose the overleveraged clown as broke.

Should the judgment in Trump's NY fraud case reflect the Attorney General's ask of nearly $400 million, Donald Trump will almost surely be forced to start selling off parts of his real estate "empire." The loans and mountains of fake paper moving between his companies, already coming to light in his court-ordered financial monitor's reports, may be fully exposed.

Compounding Trump's issues are the details in a report delivered to Engoron by Trump Organization's monitor, Barbara Jones who reported to Engoron that the issues, specifically a $48 million loan between Trump and one of his companies, "may reflect a lack of adequate internal controls," according to The New York Times.

Trump's lawyers hit back at Jones denying the fraud and accusing her of acting in bad faith.

This may be the start of exposing Trump's financials.

"There's a lot you don't see in Trump's financial statements that raise questions about reality versus fiction," said Johnston. "So, this is going to be very revealing about how much of a house of cards Donald's finances are."

RAW STORYTrump's adherents will likely keep sending him money. Republican legislators in Florida had some weird scheme to toss Trump a $5 million tax-payer funded gift, but even his new pal Ron DeSantis had to say no to that. How or why these red behatted morons continue to believe Trump is some sort of business genius is beyond me. His genius has been shown to be a fraud, and he's about to start writing checks.

Trump still bragging about needing an aptitude test

Out-on-bail, 91-times indicted, real estate fraud and rapist Donald J. Trump keeps bragging about being taken in for aptitude tests. This is not the win he thinks it is.

I think I'm a lot sharper than Haley. I'd take an aptitude test and it would be my result against her result. When I heard the word cognitive, you know, I've taken two of them now. One with Doc Ronny who is now a fantastic, you know, White House doctor. — said Trump on social media.

Donald seems not to understand that people feeling you need an aptitude test is not a great thing. Trump also seems to misunderstand what the test measures, but that is likely due to the escalating mental decline he now exhibits daily. Now, in an apparent defense of his continued slide into mania, he is challenging Nikki Haley to take a cognitive test and claims he will "win."

Haley has upped her attacks on Trump in recent weeks and on Saturday suggested the former president is "not as sharp" as he "used to be" when he appeared to mix her up with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) during a campaign speech.

Asked by Fox News' Martha MacCallum about Haley's assessment, Trump argued he was "a lot sharper than" his former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

The four-times-indicted Trump then suggested, "I would do this. I would sit down right now and take an aptitude test, and it would be my result against her result, and she's not gonna win, not gonna even come close to winning."
