Well, I am now on a cooking team in church with Ukrainians from Kyiv. Being from the former country, they are ok with me but very upset by what’s going on at home, they immigrated a long time ago. They say how Soviet Union suppressed Ukrainian language, etc. Too many people are dead, the wounds will never heal. Sadly.
It’s a war for independence for them. It’s a war for security of borders and safety from nato for the Russians.
The Russians will nuke USA if something goes wrong. Tsar bomba type of nuke fuses Baltimore and Washington DC in one Hellfire. Nothing will be left of humanity. Sarmat carries up to 100 megatons on 15 warheads. Little boy was 15 kilotons, 6000 times less powerful. If the nuke splits it levels the ground beneath with multiple explosions, so it’s much worse than a single explosion. The Russian TV propaganda threat stated 1 sarmat can level Texas. Someone will survive, but all I have around are swamps and no underground shelter, so I’ll be dead. I will have a powerful nuke hitting Andrew’s AFB 10 miles away, so I am quite uncomfortable with Lavrov tweet. He is a diplomat, so he does not make threats. Usually. It scares the shit out of me tbh.
