Richard, Our efforts will concentrate on the areas where are membership is. The association will not bring together the individual companies in any manner unless those companies request us to do so. What we are doing right now is compiling a membership list. This list will consist of the individual companies and a list of member vendors. If an individual company wishes to subcontract a service and they want to know who is available and offering adequate services for the least amount of money then we can go out and collect bids on the work for them from known reliable entities. This will help ensure that the members are going to be provided good service at the lowest available cost helping them to keep costs at a minimum and will also decrease any time and money wasted on those providing inadequate services. Members will not have any association with each other unless specifically requested by them. If you take for example, one of Terry's posts on another thread mentioned how the Newfoundland government needs to be more flexible. Eventually we would like to be able to perform lobbying efforts. If bad laws are being proposed then all the companies will be able to pull their efforts to ensure that the decision makers are aware of the consequences of that particular law and can offer input to it as a unified body. The newsletter is intended to be impartial. Any members wishing to join would have the option to introduce their company to all those subscribing to it. It will focus on technology and others opinions not my own and will also attempt to cover changes in laws governing the areas where the membership lies. In regards to your interests, we are attempting to improve the value of your company. As others join we will do the same for theirs.

Rich, I want to talk Geology here, not chemistry or stock promotion. I want to post this GPGI link to the Thomas Report that in the first two paragraphs talks about the Laramide Layer. This is what is possibly a result of converging Plate Techtonics that happened eons ago ( 65 million years as oppposed to 16 million years ago which are the predominant mountains and ranges that WE see on the CD Rom at 3-D Exployer). This is what Jim Briscoe keys into at his search and twenty plus claims at Jaba based in Tucson, this is what Dale had mentioned to me as recently as yesterday..as simply important. We talked about rock samples and souveniers we both picked up in the desert. I think the one shaped like a double layer valentine that I gave by wife..is like one he took home to Peoria that has giant looks-like "Bear Claw Mark-Scratches" that he "put out back!" Us Rock Hounds are dogs for that part of the eons of time stories! And we talked about 4 different types of rock formation-types and he humbly said, a remark that say was an understatement about him and the word, "Geologists!" On the job training counts in my book.
