Hi Terry -- thanks for your input! You're right that the geologic factors/ constructs are not understood-- this is true even for Ashton, and what they do know they will do their summer best to keep from and even misinform the public, at least at this juncture (imo). Though most of us wouldn't understand it anyway, I know they are keeping mum as best as they can.

Yorkton's analysts are just offering their educated opinion, but you're right, perhaps hastily. One paragraph that I lend more merit (as in, it's info Yorkton most aptly got accurate) and which caught my eye was:

We anticipate Ashton and their joint venture partners will spend approximately $15-20 million exploring the Buffalo Head terrane over the coming year. This amount does not include further bulk sampling of the K-14 pipe cluster or mini bulk sampling of pipe K-91. Final results from 1997 sampling of pipe K-6, which yielded a bright yellow, 0.76 carat diamond crystal from a small preliminary sample, are pending. We anticipate further sampling of this pipe in 1998.

A little higher than Ashton has announced, cabbage-wise, esp. considering their estimate is outside the two announced bulk sampling$. I read this as an expected further financing(s), &/or some kick-in from AEC as Ashton and PUG have now earned in their share.

I also read it as bullish!

Best to all,
j
