You know the GOP would likely hold 5-7 more senate seats and thus a comfortably majority in the senate right now if Trump had just gone away after losing in 2020.

Instead he hosted a rally in Georgia ahead of the 2 GA senate run off elections with Lin Wood in which Lin Wood told people not to vote.

Then he completely jacked up what should have been a GOP redwave in the 2022 midterms with disastrous primary endorsements like Dr Oz and Herschel Walker.

Things could and should have gone differently. Expect more of the same in 2024.
